She’s gone through many life changes after having her two girls and loves figuring out new ways to simplify food and fitness for her own busy lifestyle. She has been coaching women in the health and

Simple + Healthy Cookbook FAQS
  •  When I purchase the cookbook, how will it be delivered to me?
Simple + Health Meals Cookbook is a digital product that will be sent to you in PDF form. When you purchase the cookbook, you will be able to access the program from the link on your Order Confirmation page. You will also be sent an email with an access link to your  cookbook on the release date. Once you click your access link, you will be able to view the content in your browser and you will have the option to download it to your computer or your phone/tablet.

  •   Does the cookbook include Crock Pot recipes?
It does! Most of the cookbook is focused on basic meals, but I've included some of my favorite Crock Pot ones as well!
  •   Do I need any special equipment to make these recipes?
Not necessarily. Most of the recipes can be made on the stovetop or in the oven.  There are a few recipes that involve the crock pot but you can also make those in the oven as well.  I do definitely recommend getting a crock-pot though, they are the best and SO easy! 
  •   Do you have vegetarian or gluten-free recipes?
Only a few of the recipes are specifically vegetarian, but nearly all these recipes can easily be made vegetarian without losing much flavor by omitting the meat. A majority of the recipes in the book are gluten-free.
