Jackie Peterson is a mother of two, wife and certified
fitness trainer. After going through her own
transformation with learning how to eat healthy
foods, she became incredibly passionate about
helping other women learn how to feel their best
through whole foods nutrition.
She’s gone through many life changes after having her two girls and loves figuring out new ways to simplify food and fitness for her own busy lifestyle. She has been coaching women in the health and
fitness industry for 5 years to help them transform their body and mind through her simplified nutrition strategies and time-effective workouts. She teaches women how to fit health and fitness into their
super busy lifestyles and is passionate about teaching women to become healthy and balanced while honoring their current season of life.
Jackie is also the creator of several programs for women including: Core Restore: A 6 Week Program Addressing Post Pregnancy Core Weakness, Abdominal Separation; Back Pain as well as Body After Baby Bootcamp 12 Week Program; and 21Days of Healthy Living for Moms.
She has found that nutrition is the KEY to true health and the only way her clients see real success in their goals which is why she is dedicated to helping women find new
solutions to make eating nutritious foods a long-term, sustainable lifestyle.
